The Service integrates with Google/YouTube APIs and DeepSeek AI to deliver these features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You may create an account via Google OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Tu8.dev is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

4. Google OAuth and YouTube Data

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Tu8.dev to:

  • Access your YouTube channel data, video information, and analytics
  • Perform actions on your behalf (update video metadata, upload thumbnails, manage playlists)
  • Store OAuth tokens for continued access

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will disable YouTube-related features.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Tu8.dev uses DeepSeek AI to generate SEO suggestions, titles, and descriptions
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve your video rankings or viewership
  • You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content published on your YouTube channel

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines through our platform
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful thumbnails

7. Intellectual Property

The Tu8.dev platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tu8.dev. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

Your YouTube content remains your intellectual property. Tu8.dev claims no ownership over your videos, titles, descriptions, or other content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tu8.dev is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from the use of our Service
  • We are not liable for actions taken by YouTube, Google, or DeepSeek that affect your account or content
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if applicable)

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law
